R&B Artist Hope McKee Announces “Our Town In Motion,” a Community Music Video Project Celebrating Shelbyville, Tennessee
Shelbyville, TN — Local R&B artist Hope McKee has officially launched “Our Town In Motion,” a community-centered music video project that highlights the people, culture, and everyday beauty of Shelbyville, Tennessee.
Designed as a visual tribute to her hometown, the project features local landmarks, small businesses, community spaces, and real residents who represent the heartbeat of Shelbyville. Through an original R&B song and cinematic visuals, “Our Town In Motion” aims to tell an authentic story about the spirit of the town.
“I wanted to create something that reflects who we are — our pride, our history, our roots,” says McKee. “This project is more than a music video; it’s a celebration of home.”

McKee has submitted the project for a micro-grant through the Awesome Foundation, which would fully fund the video’s production. Filming will take place throughout Shelbyville, and community members will have the opportunity to participate.
